The purpose of my work and this book is to give a meaning to work, to what each person achieves, and to contribute to better “co-operation”.
This book suggests ways to help us feel better and more efficient in our work with others, to accept ourselves as we are without giving up the ambition to do better. It aims to strengthen collective entities more than collective work as human beings needs to have a sense of belonging.
